That was a fun rally. Murray worked really hard to finds the best roads in the area and make interesting instructions. Roger put in a ton of work getting the timing straight and doing the proofreading. A couple of late changes to the road made for some panic instruction and timing changes, and that lead to some missed changes to instructions and EOS descriptions. However, it all worked out only one control got missed by one team. It wasn’t a big field but that was made up for by the quality of the entries.
A huge thank you to all who made the rally happen. Murray, Roger, Gary, Jeff & Cheryl, Frank, Gord and Brandon. The stop in Port Bruce was nice, as was dinner at Kelseys.
The next ORRC is PMSC’s President’s Prize on October 26 running from Bobcaygeon. The final navigational of the year will be KWRC’s Northern Lights on November 9. More details on that soon.
