This will be our fifth rallycross championship event of 2025. The event is part of the KWRC rallycross championship and the provincial RSO rallycross championship.

The event  is on Saturday 20 September, 2025 at our Eagles Nest track. We’d like to get going a bit earlier in the day so please plan to arrive in the 8:00 timeframe, do recce and get ready to start the runs. To get going earlier in the morning when it’s cooler, you can do recce as soon as you’ve checked in and have your car numbers. There will be no recce after 9:00 so if you arrive late you might miss out on an important part of the event. We’ll have the drivers meeting at 9:05 and start the first runs at 9:15.

A few details for those that don’t want to read the regs:

Registration is via MotorSportReg and opens at 7:00AM on Saturday August 23, 2025.  You have to make an account with MSR to register and you have the ability to pay by credit card through their site. You can also pay by Interac to treasurer@kwrc.on.ca  and save a couple of bucks on MSR’s transaction fee. Generally we don’t charge your credit card until after the event.

Waivers are now by the online by SpeedWaiver which you complete with a smartphone. Use our annual waiver and just do it once and its valid to the end of 2025. Contact me if you have trouble with that. Everybody on the property needs to have completed the waiver. We’re not allowed to use paper anymore.

Lunch will be about 12:30.  Bring your own drinks, snacks & sunscreen. Lawn chairs are nice to have.

We’ll need help getting the cones and arrows set up in the morning and taken down in the afternoon. We may adjust the course during the day or even run it in the opposite direction. If we do that we’ll score every run, not drop your worst run. Hopefully we don’t have to adjust the course, it held up pretty well so far.

We’ll only use the East field so the dust isn’t as bad near the houses. We plan on doing two laps at a time.

Spectators are allowed, we just don’t have any facilities like bleachers or concession stands. Bring lawn chairs and something to drink.

A typical layout, we’ll adjust as needed based on what things are like closer to the event. Everybody gets a chance to recce the course if you don’t arrive late.
