Registration opens at 3:00 PM
Car #1 starts at 4:31 PM
Finish about 7:30 PM
Cost is $20.00 per car. (Cash please, we don’t have debit or Visa)

The route runs in the valleys and hills around Elora. The route is about 110km of which about 60% are good gravel roads, the rest are paved. . The instructions are simple; accumulative and incremental distance and turns, tulip diagrams, lists, paragraphs, substitution and similar. No special equipment is required but a watch, pen and clipboard will come in handy. We set the time so that the rally should be over before it gets dark. There will be a set of harder instructions for our “experienced” class as well as the beginner class.

The Grand River Raceway is a change from our usual start and finish locations. There are three restaurants (only the Gataway is open on Saturday night) plus the slot machines. Horse racing is not scheduled for Saturday. We haven’t used the roads is that area in a while so that will be interesting for some as well. The organizer is Guy Boudreu.

Make sure you bring your valid vehicle ownership and insurance slips with you to the start, as well as a permission letter if you are not the owner of the vehicle.

We’ve posted the waivers .pdf format so you can read them and fill them out ahead of time if needed. This could be important if you plan to run with a minor for whom who you do not have guardianship authority.
