There are a few things to note for the event:
-Christina will process the payments on Thursday, if you need to withdraw you should do it today.
-We’ve got 28 entries so far.
-Gary Grant is doing a BBQ for lunch, probably pulled pork. If you are a competitor or worker, lunch is free. You should probably bring some extra snacks and drinks for yourself.
-The washrooms at the track will be open.
-We’re going to be scoring the best of N-1 runs, hopefully seven runs scoring the best of six.
-If time and energy allows we might do a timed fun run at the end
-As we did in June, we’re not doing minor penalties for cones, just a 1 minute for off course.
-Helmets must be Snell 2000 SA or M or newer
-As per the updated CARS bulletin cars with a cage must use SA helmets and 5 point seatbelts.
-Darins fabulous online scoring will be at http://kwrc.blither.net/registrants.asp?eid=9
-We’ll do two orientation laps in parade, if you are sharing a car the drivers can do one each. You don’t need helmets or to be in car order for the orientation laps.
-Rain makes the track into an unusable greasy mess. The forcast looks good for now but if the worst happens and we have to cancel I’ll make that call on Friday night and email everybody.

Spectators are welcome, it’s free, but you must stay in the grandstand area. It has a pretty good view of the entire field.
The general track layout is below but we try to improve the layout each time. If you have any questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org
