Check the map, the place is sort of in the backwoods of industrial Hamilton.
Since it’s indoors we run rain or shine. Laps are about 20 seconds but not all the karts are consistent in their handling so sometimes a good driver struggles a bit. However, it it a ton of fun and a good social event. We supply Pizza and wings for supper.
We are planning on doing their Grande Prix II package. That gives you a five lap warmup and two 25 races. We have a limit of 20 people in two groups. It works out well as one group eats as the other races. We’ll try to start with the first group at 6:15 and the the second group at about 6:40. That helps if you can’t get off work in time. I’ll aim for the food to be delivered about 6:30.
You will have to do the tracks own waiver, https://higkhamilton.clubspeedtiming.com/cs-registration/
I’ll keep the people who enter updated as the event approaches. Typically we come close to our 20 person limit.
This email is to confirm your Grand Prix 2 reservation with us on Wednesday August 13th at 6:30pm with drivers arriving no later than 6:15pm. Below are some things for everyone to know prior to arrival along with the link to the registration page. Please ensure all drivers pre-register using the event code provided below.
BEFORE YOU RIDE!
Adult Kart riders must be a minimum of 4’10 (58”) AND at least 12 years old.
The maximum number of karts permitted on the track at any time is 10.
We ventilate with outside air so please dress warmly in the winter months.
Long hair/loose clothing must be secured.
All drivers must wear closed toes shoes.
Below is the link to the registration page that all drivers must have completed before arrival. If a parent is creating an account for their child, It is important that they use the child’s information, NOT their own. If the driver hasn’t visited us since September 1st, 2018, they will need to re-register with a new account. They must enter the Event Code when they get to a drop down menu asking “I’m here for”, they will select “I have an event code” and enter the code provided below. If they do this step correctly, they will not have to check in upon arrival. If they fail to enter the event code and select the default option of “Walk-in”, they will be added to the generic queue line and will not be a part of the event.
At the final step, a white box will appear, that is a signature box where you must sign your name after reading the waiver and accepting its terms and conditions. Please sign it with your finger on your mobile device, or using your cursor on your desktop computer.

lease forward this email to others (or parents/guardians) in the upcoming event. Feel free to contact us if there are any questions.
We've posted the essential and good to have forms in .pdf format so you can read them and fill them out ahead of time if needed. This could be important if you plan to run with a minor for whom who you do not have guardianship authority or if you want to register before the event.
