The karting event is at Hamilton Indoor Kartways, 193 Cavell Ave. Hamilton, Ontario Canada L8N 8C9 (905)545-0055. This is the same place as last year.
The plan is to have Pizza delivered to the track at 6:30 PM, and start racing shortly after that. We're expecting 25-30 people so there will probably be three groups, you'll have time to eat when you are not running. The track looks after the heats and timing. There will probably be a five lap warm-up, two 20 lap heats per person, with a final race for best from the two heats, probably based on aggregate times..
The cost will be ~$50.00 + HST including the track membership and supper. The club is paying for the supper. Come prepared to pay the full $50 to the track, they take cash, credit and debit.
If you have younger children they do have some karts more suited to them but they wouldn't run in the races.
Bring your own helmet if you have one, the track has loaners and inserts if you don't.
Please Email me if you are planning on coming and include a list or a count of the people coming with you. I need to make sure we have enough food and the track would like to know. .
